Website privacy

Progress Lab operates this website for our gym at 1910 S Archibald Ave, Unit I, Ontario, CA 91761.

Your analytics choice

With your permission, we use PostHog to understand which pages and links are useful. You can keep analytics off and still use the website, view memberships and book a class.

What optional analytics measures

If you allow it, we measure visits to our public training pages, views of training, community, membership and first-visit headings, and clicks on our membership, class, event-registration, schedule, directions, contact and member-app links. We use broad device and referral categories and recognized campaign labels.

Phone-link clicks show intent to call. They do not tell us whether a call connected, an enquiry was made or a membership was purchased.

We do not send names, email addresses, form entries, member or payment records, full page addresses or precise location to this analytics project. Session recordings and advertising pixels are off. A random session identifier connects activity within a browser tab; it is not linked to a membership.

Storage and service providers

We remember your analytics choice on this device for up to 180 days. If analytics is allowed, a session identifier is kept in the tab’s session storage and replaced after a break in navigation of 30 minutes. Closing the tab clears that session storage. Browser privacy signals keep optional analytics off.

Analytics events are processed by PostHog in the United States. Network requests reach the provider. IP storage is disabled, and we request that PostHog skip location enrichment for these events.

The current Free plan makes events from the past year available in reports. This reporting window is not an automatic deletion schedule.

The website host processes requests needed to deliver and protect the site. Its operational processing is separate from the optional analytics choice.

Bookings, accounts and payments

PushPress handles class bookings, member accounts and checkout. Opening those features may load PushPress content and its own storage. Competition Corner handles event registration. Each provider’s privacy terms apply to information you provide there. Our website analytics cannot see inside those forms or confirm that a purchase succeeded.

Change your choice or ask for help

Use the controls above to change your choice. Turning analytics off stops future optional events and clears the session identifier on this tab; it does not automatically erase events already processed.Email hello@progresslabontario.com with privacy questions or requests.
